  • Design – Inspire them to make goals based on an incremental formula so that they are achievable in time.
  • Deliver – Support them in their time of need, every step of the way. This will help them refine their goals in the long run.
  • Don’t Settle – Make them strive for more and make them raise their bar of self expectations by being more proactive, forthcoming and eventful.
